Twist and cut off the ears (tabs) of the bulwarks. As before finish off the central decking working from the middle out. Any small gaps on the outer edges will be covered by the 1mm thick inner bulwark planking. You should have now also fitted the ladder (A), hatch combings (B, D), and pump. I also painted the upper deck supports at this stage. Once happy glue the two upper decks and plank as before (C, E ,F)

NOTE: I fitted the hand rail's later as they are very easily damaged whilst working on the build.

Varnish the decks and let them dry, for a really good finish sand with a fine paper and varnish again.
